We do not accept exchanges or returns unless there is a valid issue with the product.
2. Returns Eligibility – Valid Video Proof Required
A return can be initiated only if a valid unboxing video is provided as per the guidelines below:

- The customer must record a 360-degree unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
- The video must show all four sides of the sealed parcel before opening.
- The front tracking ID (shipping label) must be clearly visible in the video.
- The video must be continuous and unedited from start to finish. Do not pause, stop, or cut the recording.
